Assessment Procedure :
Working out the result for awarding division.
- For a pass in Theory a candidate is required to obtain at least - (a) 30% marks in each theory paper and (b) 36% marks in the aggregate of all the theory papers.
- For a pass in Practice of Teaching a candidate is required to pass separately in the Internal & External Examinations and obtain at least 40 marks in each.
- The successful candidates are classified in three divisions and are assigned separately in theory and Practice of Teaching as follows:

PART II Teaching Practice and Practical work
Teaching Practice :
The Teaching Practice will carry 300 marks comprising of :
- Internal Assessment 150 marks
- External Examination 150 marks
- Examination will be held in both the subjects each of 50 marks.
